Gulf Coast Begins Evacuations Ahead of Gustav
BackGustav, which is expected to hit the Gulf Coast early next week, strengthened into a hurricane Friday. Ahead of the storm, several parishes in the New Orleans area announced plans for mandatory evacuations. (Aug. 29)
