Inspector Clouseau (Peter Sellers) tries on a new Quasimodo disguise with an inflatable helium-filled hunchback, but is distracted by a telephone call from Inspector Dreyfuss (Herbert Lom), who's in the apartment below, disguising his voice as he plants an explosive device in the ceiling. Hilarity ensues.
