This video is really good advice for those kinds of orchids, but we have to remember that there are many kinds of orchids and some of this information is actually false for the broad classification "orchids".

This clip is potentially confusing to a new orchid grower. It uses only the general term "orchid" and implies that all orchids can be cared for in this way. That is not correct. The info in this clip is specific to one kind of orchid, a Phalaenopsis and the care instructions given are for Phalaenopsis. Unfortunately they don't tell you that. Some orchids would die if given the kind of care recommended in the clip.

Love your video, nice personality and an easy to digest format. I have a few questions about my orchid;
You mention to add water soluble fertilizer every other week. What type of water soluble fertilizer should I buy? Brand?
What size pot for a one stalk plant and lastly, when should I re-pot?
Thanks!
