a good conductor can cry just from reading a beautiful score, music isn't just about performance... (although it is an enjoyable side of it). It can also be about studio perfection. You just gotta appreciate both for what they are.

Hey watch it, I was born in 90' and I'm a bassist, currently in college for music. You don't need to remember something to appreciate it's awesomeness, and Bootsy is certainly awesome. It is sad these days that there's no real musicians in the limelight at least. Every generation has their great periods of music to look back on and study. What do have from the late nineties to today? Oh remember the great Myspace techno bands of 04?! Sad. Take it easy

Ha ha ha ha, Geeowj! I know what that other guy was trying to say but there are plenty of people who still learn and play real instruments. And the kids who are born on this day, right now, some of them are bound to play real instruments when they become teenagers. My brother was born in '91 and he plays guitar and also plays in the band at school. Shit, I've been playing 13+ years and my brother is better guitar player than me. (And I'm good.) He's just gifted though.

What the fuck. I'm 29 years old. Old enough to remember this shit. Tell the kids born in the 1990's this about people playing real instruments and shit. Fuck, I do play a real instrument and have been for 13+ years now.
